Due to recent company expansion, Embleton View is seeking to appoint a Learning Coach to work in our small Independent Special School in Darlington - recently judged ‘Good’ by Ofsted.

As Learning Coach, you will support the delivery of our innovative and varied education and targeted individual programmes to inspire and motivate a small group of students aged 11-16 with SEN, particularly SEMH and/or ASD.

Suitable candidates will have:

• Extensive experience supporting students with SEN, particularly SEMH and/or ASD
• A commitment to high standards and the ability to inspire students with a range of needs

Driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance essential.

To start as soon as possible.

Starting salary is £17,000, rising to £19,000 in increments on achieving sufficient competencies at annual appraisals.
