Central Walker Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and caring Learning Support Assistant Level 2 to work 1:1 with children to provide support under the direction of our school SENCO/class teacher.
This post is part time, 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 3.30pm) and is term time only plus 5 training days. The post is fixed term until 31st August 2026.
We are looking for someone who can inspire and influence and has;
- Experience of working with SEN children to support their learning and social and emotional needs would be desirable.
- A commitment to the wellbeing and care of all children.
- An ability to develop positive relationships with children, to understand their needs and encourage positive attitudes to learning.
