We're seeking to appoint a Support Assistant with experience of supporting pupils with special educational needs; to assist with their learning and personal development. You will work to establish positive relationships, empathising with the needs of our pupils whilst helping to manage behaviour.

We are looking for someone who can inspire and who has:
  • Experience of providing in-class support for pupils with learning difficulties and an understanding of their curricular needs.
  • An ability to collaborate and communicate with others to provide appropriate pupil support.
  • The ability to empathise with the needs of young people and establish positive relationships.
