About the Role
You will work closely with the Senior Leisure Attendants to offer excellent service to customers, taking care to present the facilities to the highest standards and maintain a safe environment compliant with Health and Safety legislation.
Duties will include: ensuring effective supervision of swimmers using the pool, effective day-to-day cleaning of the building, setting up and de-rigging of equipment, administering first aid, reporting defaults, facility checks and accident reporting and contributing to effective energy management.
About You
You will hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and have experience of lifeguarding and attendant duties and a good knowledge of health and safety.
You will have excellent customer care skills, be hard working and self-motivated with a desire to succeed with the ability to work as part of a team as well as the being able to work with minimal supervision.
