St Josephs Catholic Primary School, Washington have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join our team. At St Joseph’s we truly value the importance of the work carried out by our Teaching Assistants.
 
We are keen to appoint a helpful and independent Teaching Assistant, who will enjoy working with our lovely children. The role is currently needed within Key Stage Two, however we anticipate the successful candidate will also appreciate the need for flexibility on occasions.

You will:
  • Have experience of planning and delivering age-appropriate activities/ interventions
  • Be able to follow instructions given by the class teacher
  • Be approachable and kind to our children
  • Enjoy being part of a team, who do our very best for our children
  • Be a team player and able to work collaboratively with all school staff
  • Have experience of supporting children with SEN
