Stockton Council Learning and Skills Service are looking for a Tutor/Assessor to plan, teach and assess the Leadership and Management apprenticeship programme at Levels 3 & 5.

This is an exciting opportunity to mentor and assess a diverse range of candidates working in Management roles at level 3 and 5 within Stockton Borough Council and with external employers.

Learning and Skills has a proven track record in high quality delivery of Apprenticeships as evidenced by Awarding Body feedback. As well as managing their own caseload and supporting learners in developing their management skills, as an employee of Stockton Borough Council the successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in their own training and development and access CPD and benefits available to employees of the wider Council.

This role will involve working with learners across a wide range of industry sectors and allow the successful candidate to develop their knowledge and skills of the many different styles of management required to manage a modern workforce.
