Cleveland Police are seeking to recruit to the newly created position of MOSOVO Manager.

As a MOSOVO Manager you will be the central point of contact for the creation and administration for the records of registered sex offenders and violent offenders, ensuring accuracy and identifying risk.

You will be suited to this position if you have knowledge of the key issues in relation to the Sex Offenders Act 2003, experience of working within a multi-agency environment, alongside a detailed working understanding of public protection and MAPPA legislation.

This is a demanding area of work and you will be exposed to sensitive and emotional information, however, it is also a rewarding department to be part of as you will be working to ensure the communities of Cleveland are protected and safeguarded.

You will manage a small team including a MOSOVO officer and administrator, ensuing effective training is provided and enabling them to manage risk which relates to the management of offenders from the point of conviction.
