First Class Supply are working with a further education setting in Northumberland who would like to appoint a Motor Vehicle Instructor to commence as soon as possible. You will work on a full time basis and will be responsible for teaching from Levels 1 – 4. The position is an ongoing longer term basis with the possibility of a permanent position on completion of the contract.

The college has state of the art, brand new workshop facilities which opened in 2014. Their aim is to inspire and nurture young people to be skilled and enterprising professionals with the academic, personal and practical skills to enter their chosen career path. It provides a work-related environment focusing on skills relating to business awareness, teamwork, project management and employability, which will be at the heart of the curriculum. Every student is encouraged to focus positively and practically on their future.

You must:

be flexible to commit to a full timetable across the week
be an outstanding practitioner with the ability to inspire and motivate pupils
secure excellent academic achievement for all students
have recent experience teaching Levels 1 – 4 in an Engineering capacity.
hold a relevant teaching qualification.
