Further Information
This is an exciting time in Redcar & Cleveland where we are pleased to be part of the
No Wrong Door – Strengthening Families Protecting Children programme; a pioneering way of providing support to young people who are in our care, or on the edge of care.

No Wrong Door, devised by North Yorkshire County Council has already radically improved the life chances of troubled young people elsewhere, many of whom experienced long-term neglect and trauma throughout their childhoods and were likely to have needed to be taken into the care of the local authority without this intervention.
We are immensely proud that No Wrong Door is now coming to Redcar and Cleveland after our successful bid to the Department for Education to enable us to work with North Yorkshire to adopt the model locally. We are currently working towards a launch of the programme in August this year.

We are now recruiting to the position of Performance, Intelligence & Finance Officer to support the implementation of this exciting, innovative new way of working with young people who are in or on the edge of care.

As a key member of the No Wrong Door team, you will be perfectly placed to understand the performance of the new service and report this to senior colleagues both internal and external to Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council. We need an approachable, flexible colleague with excellent communication and influencing skills who has the capacity to obtain, track, analyse and make links across a wide range of data intelligence.
Data intelligence will be collected across a wide range of areas including data directly provided by our No Wrong Door residential Hub team, published data sources, an external evaluator and Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council data intelligence from across the authority. You will use this data to understand and influence performance needs and engage and work with multi-agency colleagues to understand and make links with their service data to understand and evidence the impact of the new No Wrong Door model.

This role is crucial to evidencing the impact of the model on children and young people and on ensuring that data and financial monitoring is timely and accurately reported to funders.
