Hartlepool is a major player in the regeneration of the Tees Valley working in partnership with public and private sector partners to deliver improvements to the economy, housing and the built environment.
This is an exciting time to join a small highly focussed team dedicated to facilitating regeneration within Hartlepool and maximising the returns from property assets.
The role requires a professionally qualified surveyor with the experience and innovation to facilitate a number of regeneration projects that have been identified as a result of a recent master planning exercise together with wider estate management duties.
Candidates will have experience in undertaking a wide range of estate and asset management functions but the role will have particular emphasis on identifying opportunities to create additional value as well as site assembly and development to enable the delivery of the town’s ambitious master plan.
