This is an exciting time join Together For Children as they have recently expanded their children’s home provision.
We are seeking to recruit a Residential Child Care Worker.to our recently opened Nook Lodge Children’s Home and are looking for a suitably skilled, experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
Children’s Homes by their nature can provide both challenges and opportunities and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate resilience, motivation and creativity to meet the needs of our young people. As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will form an integral part of the Care Team and work alongside other professionals to support children and their families to achieve the best possible outcomes.
The role requires shift working 365 days per year, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins.
This post is exempt from the rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to a DBS check from the Disclosure and barring Service
