We have a fantastic opportunity to join Education Partnership Northeast as a Senior IT Support Technician, where you will provide support to our staff and learners, now is a great time to join us on this journey.

You will support the IT Operations Team Leader in driving high levels of technical delivery, provide proactive guidance and support to customers, help co-ordinate IT involvement in events, as well as on basic infrastructure tasks in line with the customer support role (such as permissions, account management, Office 365 support etc).

As a Senior IT Support Technician, you will be a flexible and customer focussed individual, with excellent organisational, administration and communication skills backed up with a good understanding of IT. You should demonstrate a high level of commitment and a proven track record in an IT Operations function.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate, in their personal statement, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification.

Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
