Adult Social Care is rapidly changing in South Tyneside. We are continuing our exciting journey of change which focuses on supporting our residents to live healthier lives longer, promoting independence and wellbeing, whilst delivering personalised services in partnership with them.

You will undertake a range of duties within the Safeguarding Adults Team. You will undertake robust assessments and interventions to ensure those adults at risk are afforded the care and support required to achieve their desired outcomes and feel safe from abuse and neglect.
