We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic solicitor to fill a temporary post within the Adult Social Care Section of Legal Services until April 2020.
This post is specifically to deal with ’Re X’ streamlined Court Of Protection cases pending the implementation of new legislation in summer 2020.
The successful applicant will be a confident advocate who is willing to work in a challenging environment.
Recent experience of Court of Protection proceedings is desirable.
