The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a surveying role and this role is expected to work across the whole division inclusive of our Assets, Voids and Repairs & Maintenance Team.

You should have the ability to be able to carry out comprehensive property condition and energy surveys as required to manage our assets including knowledge on the decent homes standard, HHSRS, Equality Bill, NROSH and be able to carry out Energy Performance Certificates. You will populate the asset management system via tablet technology with data relating to the condition of the stock and surrounding areas along with other legislative requirements. You will be required to produce reports when required following particular surveys. As well as liaising with our customers/stakeholders in relation to repairs, voids or empty homes schemes.

You will be well organised with good verbal and written skills and have the confidence to take responsibility and make sound decisions. Knowledge of building construction techniques and practices is essential as is surveying technique’s and the related requirements. You should be confident in IT literacy and comfort using tablet-based data collection technologies. You will hold a UK valid driving licence.
