We are looking for a casual member of staff to join our team who can deliver fun and engaging sessions with enthusiasm, that is a Level 2 Swimming Teacher to work within our well-established and hugely popular swimming programme. The role will cover shifts as and when required, with shifts during the day, on evenings and weekends.

Benfield Sports Centre have their own team of staff who run the centre during these times enabling thousands of children and adults to take part in a varied programme of activities each week.

The shift pattern for this role would be Wednesdays 4.30-6pm & Saturday 8.30-3pm. 

You will be keen, multi-skilled and motivated, and we're looking for the following qualifications, skills and attributes:
  • Experience working within a busy swim school.
  • ASA / Swim England Level 2 or STA Award and Certificate.
  • NPLQ / NRASTC or equivalent
  • To write but also adapt lesson plans to ensure progress for all.
  • Ability to ensure high standards are maintained and a knowledge of health and safety and safeguarding.
