We’re looking for a learning specialist in Talent Development who will play a pivotal role in building capability across our organisation. In this role, you’ll design and deliver high-quality, inclusive, and innovative learning that empowers colleagues at every level. Working closely with our Strategic People Partner for Talent and L&D, you’ll turn strategic workforce priorities into engaging development opportunities that truly make a difference. From facilitating inspiring workshops to crafting blended learning solutions, you’ll help create a thriving culture of continuous growth and curiosity.
As a trusted learning expert, you’ll collaborate with leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to co-create impactful programmes that strengthen talent pathways, enhance performance, and support our future workforce. If you’re someone who loves shaping modern learning experiences, influencing organisational capability, and helping people flourish, we’d love to hear from you.
We are proud to be an inclusive employer, and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, communities and experiences.
