A successful secondary school in North Tyneside is looking to appoint an Art and Photography Teacher from April 2018 to join their friendly and experienced team. The role will be on a full time basis and will initially be for 1 term. You will be expected to teach at Key Stages 3 and 4.
The quality of teaching in this school is outstanding. Teachers have high expectations throughout the college and aspire for their students to do well in everything they do as a result students are mature and confident learners because they know that staff want the best for them.
To be successful in this role you must:
- be an enthusiastic and committed teacher with vision, drive and commitment
- be proficient in planning, assessment and target setting so that all pupils make good progress
- successfully contribute to high levels of pupil achievement
- consistently teach inspirational and varied lessons
- hold a relevant teaching qualification and QTS
- have recent experience / knowledge of teaching Art and Photography within the UK National Curriculum.
