First Class Supply are currently working with a large Secondary School in North Tyneside to appoint a Teacher of Graphics and Electronics from January 2017 for a minimum of 1 term on a part time basis working 3 days a week. You will be responsible for teaching across KS3 - 4.

This is a larger than average sized school with approximately 1600 pupils aged between 13 and 18. It is deemed to be a Secondary School, but students enter the school in Year 9 rather than Year 7. The overall aim of the school is to prepare students for life in the 21st century.

To be successful in this role you must:

• be an enthusiastic and committed teacher with vision, drive and commitment
• have the skills to make a significant impact on raising the quality of teaching and learning
• be proficient in planning, assessment and target setting so that all children make good or better progress
• be able to inspire and motivate
• be committed to raising achievement and standards
• hold a relevant teaching qualification and QTS
• have recent experience / knowledge of teaching Graphics and Electronics to KS4 within the UK National Curriculum.
