TEACHING ASSISTANT

Level 2 Band 3 Full time £17,681 - £18,762 (pro rata to £14,737 - £15,638 for 35 hours per week term time plus 10 days)

We are looking to appoint a hard working, flexible and caring person who can work as part of a team to support access to learning and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils. This could be on an individual basis or as part of classroom support and could involve working with students with ASD or ADHD.

Cramlington Learning Village was rated as Good in all categories in its recent Ofsted Inspection.

The successful applicant will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and be educated to ‘A’ Level standards or beyond. Experience of working with young people in the 11-18 age range would be advantageous.
