The Governors and Head Teacher of Mortimer Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work within our school.
 
Initially working in Year 1, but candidates should expect to be utilised across the primary phase as required.
 
You must be:
  • An excellent practitioner, able to work with children under the direction of the class teacher/SENCo;
  • Able to lead small groups;
  • Friendly, caring, hard-working and supportive, with high expectations;
  • Able to adapt to situations as they arise, using a flexible approach and a range of strategies to support learning and behaviour. 
Mortimer Primary School is a large primary school, with over 500 pupils on site every day, and an exciting place to work.
