You will be joining Adult Mental Health services which are co-located with health colleagues from Tees, Esk & Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust. You will support a team of Social Care staff who have a duty to undertake statutory duties and assessments in accordance with the Care Act 2014 and Mental Health Act 1983.
