What will I be doing?

We’re working to improve the lives of children in Middlesbrough – and you’ll be a key part of that. The challenges are plenty and you will be undertaking important work for children who experience the impact of poverty, neglect, and exploitation.

Your day-to-day work will involve:

Managing a team of dedicated social workers

Implement and oversee care planning, which will involve decision making

Quality assure reports, assessments and statements

Monitor and review the key performance indicators with children in our care services

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We are looking for a Team Manager with drive, determination and resilience who will help lead the improvements we aspire to achieve to make life better for our young people. You will be:

A qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England with experience across Children’s Social Care

Management and supervisory experience
