Darlington Borough Council has a vacancy for the role of Team Manager within Childrens Services Looked After Team. This is an exciting time to join this service area as it continues to develop and improve outcomes for it children who are currently looked after. The Council puts the needs of Children in Darlington right at the heart of everything we do. This requires professionals who share our determination and enthusiasm to make a real difference to Children’s lives.
Our team managers have a critical role in delivering effective front line services that safeguard and improve outcomes for our children you must be an experienced social work manager with a proven record of achievement in delivering a child focused service provision. Your experience will enable you to evidence a proven track record of excellent practice that improves outcomes for Children.
You must be qualified with a social work degree, social work qualification (Dip.SW, CCSW, and CSS) or equivalent, and will need to be registered with HCPC.
