Please note all applicants must have successfully completed Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Team Manager who has the passion and drive to ensure that children and young people in Sunderland achieve the best outcomes and receive high quality services.

Manage an Integrated Contact and Referral Team covering the Sunderland area. Ensure that all contacts and referrals are triaged in a timely manner in accordance with appropriate thresholds, in conjunction with partner representatives. Be part of the development of the new planned Multi Agency Screening Team (MAST)

Over the last 12 months there has been sustained and significant improvement in the quality of services delivered to children young people and their families. Improvement is being rigorously monitored through a multi-agency board and we consult with staff regarding the developments and change that effect front line practice.
