This role is rewarding and requires you to work with vulnerable children and their families using a whole family approach to strengthen relationships. Your approach will be flexible, self-motivated, energetic, and pragmatic.
The training will involve many opportunities to shadow colleagues working right across the service, supporting a diverse caseload of children and young people. You will also have access to excellent in-house and external professional development.

• Effective communication skills - listening, spoken and written
• A team player who is not afraid to try something new
• Commitment to own personal and professional development
