The Diocese of Middlesbrough is transforming its current schools and academies structures to create 3 large Regional Catholic Academy Trusts serving the Northern, Central and Southern regions of the Diocese. These system leading Trusts will place Catholic education in the Diocese at the forefront of the national schools system, securing outstanding Catholic education for all our children and young people whilst protecting and developing the Catholic identity and mission of our schools.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a suitably experienced professional to deliver the implementation of an estates strategy for the Trust. This will include working in partnership with the schools and their staff to manage all aspects of the Trust’s estate including maintenance, security, health and safety, facilities management and also to lead on capital investment priorities and planning across the estate. The role will also involve developing a quality assurance framework for staff and contractor management and key compliance reporting to the Trust’s Board.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has the vision to ensure all of our schools are safe and enriching environments for both our pupils and staff.

You should also have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload so that tasks are co-ordinated effectively ensuring the needs of the Trust and its constituent schools are continuously met.
