From September 2018 - 1 Year Fixed Term - Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher

The Head Teacher and Governors of Washingwell Primary school seek to appoint an excellent and enthusiastic teacher, who is wholly committed to becoming an integral member of our hard-working and dedicated team.

Initially this is a one year fixed term post, with the potential to be made permanent. The position is for an Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher.

Graded Good, Ofsted February 2016: 'The warm buzz that permeates the school, its positive ethos, helps pupils feel settled and welcome. The orderly environment is comforting and supports skills of independence. Pupils' conduct and attitudes to learning are a strength of the schools work.'

We are seeking to appoint a teacher who has an enthusiasm for learning, a track record of improving standards and the ability to engage all learners in all aspects of curriculum.
