Further Information
The post holder will support the development and delivery of integrated youth support services across Stockton-on-Tees to:

- deliver operational youth work responsibility for youth clubs/project or the thematic responsibility for an area of service development when required.

- work on a range of Universal Youth Support initiatives as requested by the IYSS manager ensuring that positive outcomes are achieved for all young people including our most vulnerable groups; Young Offenders, Looked After Children, young people with LDD and Teenage Parents.

- undertake interviews/needs assessment including the use of CAF and provide information and referrals to appropriate partner agencies

An NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in youth work or a related field is essential.
