37 hours per week, term time only
38 weeks worked, plus 2.5 training days as directed by the school
Fixed term from January 2020 until 31 August 2020.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent skills and committed to working as part of a supportive team to continue to raise standards and levels of achievement.

As an experienced HLTA you will be able to provide and deliver learning activities for whole classes of pupils under the professional supervision of a qualified teacher (including PPA cover).

You will have the ability to assess, record and report on development, progress and attainment.

You will contribute to pupils’ learning activities in accordance with professional judgements made by the Head Teacher, Senior Leadership Team and the appropriate teaching staff.

You will be able to lead and inspire pupils.

You will be innovative, reliable and flexible with a positive outlook.

You will hold English and Mathematics qualifications to at least the equivalent of NVQ Level 3.
