"We are looking to recruit a care worker for 35 hours.

The role is working in a team to support adults with learning disabilities in a day centre setting, providing social and therapeutic activities within the Centre and out and about in the local community, maintaining health & safety and welfare of self and others. Applicants should be reliable, have good communicatin skills and QCF Level 2 Diploma in Adults Health and Social Care or NVQ 2 or equivalent. A flexible approach and able to follow the Council's visions and values. A good general education that demonstrates literacy and numeracy to ensure care plans are completed.
The applicant will need to comply with all Northumberland County Council policies and procedures.
