"Phoenix House Children’s Home Shift Coordinator – full time, permanent Salary: £22,183 - £24,491 Band 5 plus enhancements for out of hours working. The out of hours working hours are between 8.00pm - 6.00am and weekends. The out of hours working is paid at time and a half. Overall, the service employs approximately 200 care staff and 30 support services staff across the 5 sites. Our homes accommodate 25 young people aged 6 - 17, our main aim is to offer an exceptional family focussed caring environment where children and young people can feel safe and thrive in order to meet their full potential. The service is inspected by Ofsted on a yearly basis.
