Rosedale offers a high demand service to the people of Stockton Borough Council. Rosedale is a busy 44 bed centre that offers physical rehabilitation and assessment beds for people who have had a period in hospital or need support from the community. Rosedale offers a service of up to 6 weeks where we work as a team to offer Person Centred Care and aim for the best outcome for the client.

As a night worker you will support the needs of the client throughout the night. As part of the team you will offer a high standard of care and adhere to the policies and procedures that layout the accepted ways of working and the subsequent documentation which evidences the work that you will do.

You will be part of a team of 5 night workers, one of which is the Night Support Coordinator.

You will have an awareness of the legislation Care Act 2014, Health and Social Care Act, Human Rights Act, Mental Capacity Act and Safeguarding.

Applicants must work with a client centred approach and be willing to be an active member of the team, working with clients to get the best outcome for them and demonstrate a focused approach to care.

Government legislation stipulates that all persons employed by a care home must be double vaccinated for COVID-19 (subject to medical exemption) from 11th November 2021
