The postholder will be responsible for the delivery of SIA required training in Close Protection, Security Operative, Stewarding, Door Supervisor and CCTV. The Tutor will contribute to the design and delivery model of learning programmes and assessments, working closely with learners to enable them to successfully achieve their qualifications. Areas for delivery will include Customer Service, Employability and to be able to embed this within the delivery of the Security course. Tutors have a key role in developing learners to achieve their learning goals and inspire them to overcome barriers. Being part of the Skills Team you will be responsible for supporting individuals in finding sustainable employment.

The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to engage in their own training and development and access CPD and benefits available to employees of the wider Council.
