An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our school. We are seeking to appoint a Headteacher who is aspirational, approachable and a supportive, challenging leader who values collaboration and is able to think strategically about the future of our school.
We are looking for a Headteacher who:
• Has a proven track record of effective leadership
• Able to understand and meet the challenges of our diverse school community and strive to work collaboratively with the wider community
• Has a passion for teaching and learning, the ability to motivate staff and pupils and has the ambition to continue driving our school’s success in all areas
• Recognise the importance of developing the whole child and embraces an inclusive approach to education
