An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Headteacher at Coatham C of E Primary School situated in Redcar.

The Governing Body wish to appoint an exceptional Deputy Headteacher with the energy and enthusiasm to play a key role in the strategic leadership and management of the school promoting our aims and values.

• Is a highly effective teacher and leader of learning, with experience of delivering a broad, rich and varied curriculum that meets the needs of every child

• Has a passion to make a difference to the lives of our children, with a real ability to inspire and motivate them to strive for excellence
• Will build the professional trust as a senior leader of our dedicated team of teachers and support staff
• Works well with our parents and community alongside other stakeholders
• Is highly motivated, possesses excellent organisational skills and can work under pressure
• Has the confidence to lead the school when deputising for the headteacher
