One Excellence Multi Academy Trust is a Multi Academy Trust made up of four schools. The Trust was founded in July 2017, and is a mixed Multi Academy Trust. The vision and rationale behind the wider partnership are based on shared values and aspirations, a strong sense of community identity and values of inclusion and aspiration for all.

One Excellence Multi Academy Trust believes in supporting and investing in its staff and has a structured health and well-being programme. The programme includes physiotherapy, nurse support service and drop-in clinic, counselling, mindfulness sessions, weight management, stress awareness, GP consultations and private medical operations if required. We are also keen for staff to be able to reach their full potential and offer a range of professional development opportunities in all areas of education, nurturing and leadership.

The Trust are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Caretaker to join the team at St Mark’s CE Primary School. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking and reliable individual who will play a key part in maintaining and improving our school environment. The range of duties includes cleaning, general maintenance and security. We require an individual with practical skills and high standards to carry out basic building maintenance work. An understanding of the Health & Safety at work when undertaking maintenance tasks is important.

The successful candidate will be responsible for opening/locking up of the school on a daily basis, ensuring site security and alarm procedures are followed, the role also includes fire alarm processes, general maintenance and porterage.

We are looking for a candidate who has high standards and is self-motivated to support our students and teachers in ensuring the learning environment is the best it can be. The successful candidate will need to be committed and resilient and able to work alongside the wider school team. Experience in a school environment would be advantageous.
