*This post attracts the Newcastle Living Wage supplement. In addition to the hourly rate, this post will receive the Newcastle Living Wage supplement to bring the hourly rate up to a minimum of £9.90 an hour.

An opportunity exists for suitable individuals for the following positions at St Marys Academy based in Longbenton, on behalf of Newcastle City Councils, Facilities Services for school department.

• Cleaner – 22.50 hrs per week, 6.30am to 8.30am and 3.30pm to 6.00pm - Actual salary £11,614

• Cleaner – 27.50 hrs per week, 6.30am to 8.30 and 3.00pm to 6.30pm– Actual salary £14,195

• Cleaner – 15.00 hrs per week, 3.30pm to 6.30pm – Actual salary £7,743.

• Cleaner - 13.75 hrs per week, 3.15pm to 6.00pm – Actual salary £7,097

We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals who want a job that is both challenging and rewarding. Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be given. You will also be provided with all the equipment required for this post, including a uniform. It is essential that you are capable of regular stooping, bending, lifting, and carrying of equipment, materials, and furniture.

This post is subject to satisfactory DBS clearance.
