We are seeking to appoint an excellent Reception class teacher who will lead our Early Years team and be part of the school’s leadership team. You must share the school’s vision for continual and sustained improvement and help to build and develop the school’s successes. The school is at the heart of the local community therefore the successful candidate must be able to promote the positive and caring ethos of the school.
We are looking for a person who is:
• An outstanding child centred Early Years teacher with high expectations of pupil’s behaviour and attainment.
• A committed teacher with the vision, passion and drive to provide the very best care and education for our pupils.
• Able to lead a team
• Able to manage and monitor planning and assessment effectively in order to raise standards.
• Inspirational and able to challenge and motivate both staff and pupils.
• An excellent communicator.
• Able to work effectively as a member of the Leadership Team.
• Willing to be fully involved in the life of the school.
