THE ROLE
Monitoring, coaching and mentoring the Health and Fitness Advisor team to provide exceptional customer service to achieve retention, income and sales objectives. Managing staff rotas and working closely with the Club Manager you will proactively drive gym membership forwards by developing and implementing initiatives for our gym-based programmes meeting demand and customer expectations. In addition, the post holder will undertake and oversee all core gym duties, the management of appointments and bookings, delivery of the member journey, inductions and tours. You will have day- to- day responsibility for the health & safety, maintenance and cleaning standards of the facility, working with the centre management team.
ABOUT YOU
This challenging role will appeal to suitably qualified, experienced and proactive Health & Fitness professional with exceptional customer service skills.
With a sound knowledge of the fitness industry and trends, you will be an experienced line manager who has the ability to motivate and get the best from their team.
You must hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructing or Level 3 Personal Trainer. You will also have proven supervisory experience and ability to lead/mentor a fitness team.
