Fixed Term Post for 1 year to cover for secondment following an internal promotion.

This is an exciting time to join Parking Services in a role to assist in the processing of Parking and Bus Lane Penalty Charge Notices and Litter Fixed Penalty Notices by dealing with all related correspondence in accordance with authorised procedures.

To assist in the processing of applications for permit parking schemes and season tickets for car parks.

The ability to operate both bespoke and generic software systems and have good IT skills are essential for this role.

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced; high volume; team environment and have excellent communication and organisational skills. The job is part of a larger worker group.

Newcastle City Council has an Agile Working Policy so the role may be carried out through part home working and part office-based working.
