We are looking to recruit a Senior Occupational Health Adviser. You must be a Registered Nurse (RN) and have a professionally accepted qualification in Occupational Health.

About the role…..

The role will appeal to qualified Occupational Health Nurses (preferably to degree level) who have the commitment and drive to make a difference and who can work equally well independently or as part of a team. A great attitude as well as excellent communication skills are essential attributes.

This is a very rewarding role and the work you do can make a big difference for improving the health and wellbeing of our workforce.

You will take the lead on the day-to-day management of the Occupational Health Unit and staff. Our multi-disciplinary team includes an Occupational Health Advisor, Physiotherapist, OH Technician, Counsellors, OH Physicians, and Administrative Support Team.

The role itself is varied and will involve advising HR and managers, leading on triage of referrals, undertaking pre-placement health screening and medicals, health surveillance, sickness absence referrals, the delivery of health promotion campaigns, promoting best practice and leading on the development of Occupational Health policies and procedures.
