Stockton on Tees Family Hubs Service is seeking to appoint a Customer Service Assistant to join our service due to space arising following progression. Things are happening and changing at pace here in Children’s Services in Stockton on Tees. There’s lots going on and we have come a long way. We’re seeking ambitious, hardworking and innovative people to join our team. This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to hold children at the centre of everything that we do and reinforce our commitment to embedding relationship -based practice. We recognise that we will promote the best outcomes for children by focusing on relationships with and within families, and also with each other as a staff team and with our multi-agency partners. Our Family Hubs have a vast offer of support available to children, young people and their families. We strive to empower families to be the best they can be in Stockton. If you have both drive and passion in supporting families to succeed we want to hear from you. The role will involve providing children, families and professionals with a warm welcome when coming into our Family Hubs. Excellent customer service skills are needed in this post and the ability to engage well with our families and professionals. It is important that staff have knowledge of the range of support available from Family Hubs and other services operating from or using the hub to support children and families, to provide information to families and professionals. The post holder will provide administrative support to the wider team and enter information on to local systems, to ensure families are accurately booked on to relevant programmes. You will work flexibly and collaboratively across Children’s Services and with other agencies, partners and stakeholders to meet the needs of children, young people and families.
