About the Role:
As a key member of the leadership team, Advanced Practitioners are expected to play a leading role, assisting their Neighbourhood Manager to undertake reflective supervision and facilitate practice improvement, motivating and inspiring our practitioners to provide the highest standards of practice, that delivers positive outcomes for people, carers’ and their families.
Carrying a small, protected caseload of complex cases, the postholder will co-work as well as manage their own caseload. Providing coaching and mentoring for team members and students, they will help to raise standards of practice and ensure the service delivers a high-quality strength based social work service.
In return, we will provide you with the opportunity to expand your CPD opportunities to develop your ongoing Social Work progression, including supporting you to become a Practice Educator.
About You: Driven by research, innovation and the desire to develop best practice, you must demonstrate an applied knowledge of Adult Social Care legislation and the NHS Continuing Health Care Framework and be willing to undertake further bespoke learning and development.
Registered with Social Work England and having significant post qualification experience, you will want to continue practicing in a setting that believes that people are at their healthiest and happiest when they are supported to remain independent, close to the people they love and who love them, in the neighbourhoods and communities they call home.
