Due the retirement of our highly valued School Business Manager, we are seeking to appoint a Business Manager to join our current team. The successful applicant will lead by example, be a knowledgeable, experienced and highly skilled Business Manager who will work alongside the Head Teacher and the administration team.  They will be experienced at managing finance and resources, skilled at managing systems and people.

The successful candidate will:
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Be self-motivated, organised, highly efficient and prioritise workload to meet deadlines;
  • Have successful experience of working in finance, ideally in an educational setting;
  • Be committed to their own professional development;
  • Champion the ethos of the school at all times;
  • Be able to adapt practices and procedures in order to ensure the best value for money.
