Are you or have you previously worked in a Senior Manager role, in the care sector?
 
We are looking for an experienced leader of multi-site services who is passionate about person centred support with a dynamic innovative approach to join our senior management team.
 
About the Role:
The postholder will oversee the strategic and operational leadership of the Councils CQC regulated services including extra care, shared lives, medication & wellbeing, in addition you will oversee our, internal day service and our innovative reablement/intermediate care service based in an extra care setting, finally you will lead our technology enabled care service which provides both traditional telecare and new technology approaches to aid independent living. You will be accountable for implementing and delivering the strategic framework for policy, service development and quality assurance for services within your portfolio and contribute to the Council’s aims and objectives.
 
You will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery including workforce and quality management to ensure the provision is of high-quality support, which meets the regulatory and industry standards for each service area.
 
The post holder will be at the forefront of the development of in-house provisions including CQC registered services with the opportunity to design and shape future services.

About You:
You will have experience in managing CQC regulated services, specifically extra care, and/ or domiciliary care and will have experience of overseeing multi-site operations.
 
You will be passionate in the delivery of high-quality services, enabling people to live better lives.  You will be accustomed to leading diverse teams through embedding systems and processes enabling our services to remain effective, responsive, safe, well-led and caring.
