South Tyneside Council operates and manages four business centres across the Borough which house over 150 businesses, employing over 500 people. The opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the small and friendly Workspace Team.
 
Situated in reception of the centres you will provide the highest standard of front of house professional customer service to all tenants, visitors and customers to the Council’s managed workspace premises both face to face and by telephone.
 
You will also be responsible for liaising with tenants to resolve queries, problems and issues (escalating where necessary) and providing administrative duties, as and when required.
