We require three Customer Services Advisors to work in the Customer Contact Centre.  Your shifts will be during the hours of 8.00 am – 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday.  You will be on floating shifts which are sent usually four weeks in advance, there are no set/rotating shift patterns.  You will be required to provide cover when necessary up to 37 hours per week.
 
Experience of working in a very busy Customer Contact Centre dealing with enquiries from the public, either face to face or over the telephone, is essential, as is experience of using computer systems.   You must be willing to learn and be willing to work in different ways.
 
The successful candidate will handle service requests from the public for a wide range of services.  Training will be given.
