Housing Services are seeking a highly motivated leader with responsibility for a number of teams within the Housing Tenancy Management department. 

You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations for Housing Plus, Tenancy Enforcement and Refugee & Asylum Support teams and deputising for the Housing Manager - Management Services.

Experience of working in social housing or social care, together with a detailed knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory standards are essential to this role. Strong leadership skills, together with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet performance targets and compliance are also required. 

You will be expected to represent Housing Services at local, regional and national levels so experience of effective networking with a wide range of agencies will be essential.

This is a secondment opportrunity for internal applicants for a 6 month period but this may be extended, therefore you must ensure you have agreed the secondment with your current manager before applying.
