We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to support the delivery of our Asset Management service. You will be required to play a key role in maintaining accurate asset information, supporting data management processes and providing administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the Asset Management Team.
 
You will co-ordinate and update asset records, maintain information across a range of systems, and help ensure that accurate data is available to support asset management planning and service delivery.  Working closely with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders, you will contribute to the management of asset, stock condition and asbestos information, helping us make informed decisions about our housing assets and investment programmes.
